Experience: 3+ years in relevant roles, ideally within matrixed finance organizations. Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills; experience with SFDC and Infor; SAP knowledge is an advantage. Language Skills: Proficient in English. Professional Skills: Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, and business engagement capabilities; effective knowledge sharing. Analytical & Process Skills: Detail-oriented, process-driven, strong critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to manage conflicting priorities. Soft Skills: Team player with a positive attitude, continuous‐improvement mindset, autonomy, resilience, integrity, and ability to lead change and build trusted partnerships. Details Location: Gallarate (VA) with willingness to travel across sites. Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
