Senior Software Engineer Accounting and Ledger Systems

You will design and extend core ledger components, including accounts, postings, and ledger structures. You will own chart-of-accounts and reporting capabilities, reconcile on-chain and off-chain balances, and help teams model ownership, pricing, and reconciliation correctly before products ship. You will create extensible data models for new financial products. Responsibilities ---------------- * Design and extend core ledger accounts, postings, and ledger structures * Own the chart of accounts and reporting surface * Verify balances and reconcile on-chain data with off-chain books * Partner with engineering teams to model legal-entity ownership, ledger placement, pricing, and reconciliation paths * Design extensible data models for new financial products Requirements ------------ * Working knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, chart-of-accounts design, financial statements, reconciliation, and audit practices * 5+ years of backend software engineering experience * Experience owning data-model design for correctness-critical systems * Extensible system design skills * Ability to read and critique technical designs across multiple systems * Cross-functional communication skills Benefits -------- * Equity * Annual performance bonus
