WE'RE HIRING LOANS COORDINATOR LOCATION: Ortigas, Pasig (Onsite) Job Summary We are looking for a Loans Coordinator to recruit, onboard, and train Loan Consultants (LCs). The role includes building strong relationships with LCs, providing operational support, assisting with customer acquisition and loan applications, monitoring performance, and ensuring complete and accurate documentation. Qualifications ✔ Good English communication skills ✔ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or online spreadsheets ✔ Experience in finance, lending, insurance, or agent-channel operations is an advantage ✔ Experience in sales, recruitment, channel development, or account management is preferred ✔ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills Pay: Php21,070.00 per month Work Location: In person
