Chief Operations Officer – Builders Mart

Are you a results-driven operations leader ready to make a significant impact? Buildersmart is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join their team Key Responsibilities Lead daily operational activities and drive overall efficiency. Develop and implement operational strategies for business growth. Oversee departmental performance and initiate improvements. Collaborate with executive leadership on key business objectives. Identify and implement opportunities for operational enhancements and cost savings. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Monitor and report on key operational performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, ideally in retail, building hardware, or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of business operations, project management, and supply chain. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate strategic plans into actionable goals. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. MBA would be an added advantage.
