Senior Corporate Lawyer

The Firm Lysandrou Florou LLC is a full-service law firm based in Limassol, Cyprus, providing expert legal services across a broad spectrum of practice areas. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters, including but not limited to: · Advising on corporate legal matters, structuring, governance, and compliance. · Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs), and service agreements. · Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements, such as sale and purchase agreements, lease contracts, and handling all related legal procedures from start to finish. · Conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions and internal memos for corporate commercial matters. · Coordinating with authorities, corporate service providers, and international partners in multi-jurisdictional matters. Candidate Profile · Member of the Cyprus Bar Association. · Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law. · Experience in real estate law and transactions. · Strong knowledge of Cyprus company and contract law. · Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken. · Excellent drafting and communication skills. · Proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently.
