What You’ll Do: Lead and drive the Mechanical Division’s sales strategy and revenue growth Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team Build strong relationships with mechanical consultants, contractors, and engineering firms Drive product specification and project development opportunities Identify new markets, projects, and business opportunities Lead technical presentations and industry engagements Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth project delivery What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in technical sales, business development, or sales leadership Strong consultant and client relationship management skills Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic, results-driven, and willing to travel Interested?
