Call Center Agent - Entry level

Job Summary We are hiring entry-level Call Center Agents to assist customers and provide support for their inquiries, requests, and account concerns. Applicants without BPO experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided. Responsibilities: Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers with account and service-related concerns Provide product or service information Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Perform basic account and transaction-related tasks Document customer interactions accurately Follow quality, attendance, and productivity standards Escalate unresolved concerns when necessary Qualifications: No call center experience required At least Senior High School graduate Good English communication skills Comfortable using computers Willing to learn and accept coaching Customer-service oriented Willing to work onsite and in a shifting schedule Ideal Candidate: We welcome fresh graduates, first-time job seekers, and applicants from non-BPO backgrounds who are interested in building a career in the customer service industry.
