You will oversee planning, execution, and optimization of marketing programs while ensuring alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand reputation and market share. Campaign Management – Lead digital, social, email, and offline campaigns, optimizing for ROI. Budgeting & Reporting – Manage budgets, track KPIs, and present performance reports to senior management. Market Research & Insights – Analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitors to inform strategy. Brand & Content Management – Ensure consistent messaging and oversee engaging content creation. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to align initiatives with business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3–5+ years of proven experience in a marketing leadership role. Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and reporting tools. Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
