QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of any Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), Bachelor of Science in Tourism (BS Tourism), Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM), or any related degree . Fresh graduates are welcome to apply ; experience in sales or customer service is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Highly organized with strong attention to detail . Willing to start immediately and report to Hausland Urban Estate Building , near Timog Triangle, Friendship . DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Discuss preliminary details with prospective buyers, including available units, project locations, financing options, and payment terms . Conduct in-person credit investigations to verify buyers’ information and account details. Explain payment terms, financing options, contract details, and the move-in process to buyers. Monitor and report trends in customer feedback, inquiries, and concerns . Coordinate with other departments regarding updates on buyers’ accounts and transactions . Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions.
