AGCO Sales Agent for Pampanga

JOB SUMMARY: To expand the Company's market presence and contribute to overall business growth through effective customer engagement and opportunity development. To link between the Company and its clients, ensuring that customer requirements are properly understood, addressed, and translated into successful business outcomes. To support Management by providing valuable industry intelligence, fostering strategic partnerships, and promoting the Company's products and services in alignment with organizational objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated region. Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth. Prepare and manage bid requirements, including attendance at pre-bid conferences and submission of necessary documents. Conduct market research, present, and sell company products and services, and negotiate commercial terms to maximize profitability. Coordinate with internal teams and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the Management. Travel as required to attend pre-bid, bid openings, and any other related sales and bidding activities. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate in any Bachelor’s Degree With 1-2 years of experience in Sales Fieldwork Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Willing to travel locally and/or internationally anytime as needed Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Adaptability and Customer Focus SCHEDULE AND WORK LOCATION: Monday to Friday | 8AM to 6PM | 11 Teresita and WFH BENEFITS: 12 Sick Leaves, 12 Vacation Leaves, 1 Birthday Leave, Health Insurance, Statutory Benefits and Performance Bonus
