F&B Associate - Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. They are expected to be knowledgeable about the menu, maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and present menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas. Process payments and issue receipts. Provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries about menu items. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Follow all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Positive attitude and professional appearance.
