TRAILER TRUCK DRIVER

About the role Delivery drivers are responsible for collecting, transporting, and safely delivering a range of items to designated locations, ensuring all orders are delivered on time, in the right condition and to the right place. Key responsibilities Review orders before and after delivery to ensure all orders are complete Perform vehicle inspection before and after departing Load, transport and unload delivery items safely and efficiently, and prevent any damage, spoilage or loss Follow any customer specifications regarding delivery Adhere to time and route schedules Navigate routes using relevant map programs and determine the best routes taking into consideration traffic congestion, construction, and other factors Communicate traffic delays and other concerns to Logistic Head and Supervisor as needed Obtain delivery confirmation from customers Report vehicles problems and accidents during delivery About you At least High school graduate Driver's license Restriction 1, 2, 3 and 8 1–2-year experience as Delivery Driver Knowledge of Safety procedure and Guidelines, Routes, and Delivery Operations Licensed Driver with no records in LTO like severe violations Knowledgeable in Maintenance Procedure of any vehicles Communication Skills - ability to relate and communicate effectively (oral and written) with all levels of personnel Ability to instill and maintain integrity, reliability and confidentiality Ability to come on time Ability to project a positive and pleasant outlook through personal grooming and dressing
