Spa Supervisor

About the Role ;">St. Regis is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations and ensure high standards of service. This full-time role involves advising employees, managing schedules, and promoting spa services, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Advise employees on property information, in-house groups, policy changes, and other pertinent details. Answer questions regarding available services, general property information, and amenities. Confirm guest names and scheduled treatments prior to service. Monitor and adhere to the daily time schedule, advising providers of last-minute changes and resolving scheduling conflicts. Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products. Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment. Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure compliance with company standards. Notify Engineering of spa/salon maintenance and repair needs. Operational Support and Leadership Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including uniform and personal appearance standards. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals. Ensure quality expectations are met and implement improvement or corrective action plans as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
