Following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond **The opportunity:** We're looking for a driven **Project Manager** to lead complex, high-stakes transformation initiatives from planning through execution. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and operations, coordinating cross-functional teams across Tech, Product and Marketplace Operations to deliver measurable results on tight timelines. This is a role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and wants direct exposure to senior leadership from day one. **What you will do:** * Own end-to-end project planning: scope, timeline, milestones, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication * Coordinate work streams across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment and accountability * Build and maintain executive-ready reporting (dashboards, status decks, steering committee updates) * Identify interdependencies, bottlenecks, and risks before they become problems — and drive resolution * Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders at all levels, from analysts to C-suite * Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans and track progress against KPIs * Support change management efforts to ensure new processes and structures stick **Workplace:** Belo Horizonte & Hybrid
