Senior Operations Manager – FM Service Provider – Dubai, UAE Our client is part of a major, Dubai based, high profile and successful Group of companies, that include Real Estate Development, Facilities, Property and Community Management. Currently they are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their FM Service Provider team. The successful individual will be responsible for managing day to day operations of a large workforce, delivering the full scope of FM services through a blue collar team, with a total headcount of over 2000 employees. Candidates should be experienced in FM operations working within a leading service provider environment. They will be responsible for multiple contracts, predominantly focussed within residential buildings and communities. Arabic speaking will be ESSENTIAL for this position. Qualifications and Requirements: • Degree qualified in any discipline • Experience working as the FM Service Provider • Experience as an Operations Manager, manging workforces across multiple contracts • A thorough understanding of performance-based contracts delivering to SLAs and Meeting KPIs • Some budgetary responsibility will be needed • Experience in delivering FM to residential properties, both high rise and communities • Excellent client management capabilities • Excellent communicator In return our client offers a competitive salary, family benefits (including visa, flights and medical) and a fantastic opportunity to develop within their organisation.
