Human Resources Officer – Recruitment – MMG/Khoemacau Copper Mining

Basic Function of the Position: The Human Resources Officer – Recruitment will be responsible for supporting the effective management of human resources by assisting in talent acquisition, recruitment systems, resourcing and compliance with HR policies and labour laws. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Implementing recruitment activities for positions across the mining operation, ensuring the sourcing and selection of candidates who meet approved job requirements. Facilitating end-to-end recruitment activities, including approved position requisitions, advertising, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, assessments, reference and security checks, offers, onboarding and final handover to line management. Minimum Qualifications, Competencies and Experience Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years progressive Human Resources experience. Must have worked in various HR areas, including recruitment and selection, and employee relations.
