Now Hiring: Insulator – Heat Pumps & Industrial Refrigeration Systems For our client – a manufacturer of high-efficiency CO2 heat pumps and refrigeration systems for district heating and industrial applications – we are currently looking for motivated Insulators for long-term employment in Denmark. The work involves insulating large heat pumps and industrial refrigeration systems. As all systems are custom-designed, the tasks will be varied, and full training will be provided. Your Responsibilities Insulating large heat pumps and industrial refrigeration systems Installing insulation according to production requirements and specifications Working with different insulation solutions depending on the individual customer project Ensuring accurate and high-quality installation Contributing to the development and improvement of work procedures and processes Working carefully with focus on detail and quality Your Profile Experience with insulation work is an advantage, but not required General insulation experience is sufficient – previous experience specifically with ArmaFlex is not required Motivated to learn industrial insulation techniques Good practical and manual skills Detail-oriented and quality-conscious Able to work independently as well as part of a team Willing to contribute ideas for improving work processes Full training will be provided The production is ISO 9001 certified The systems are custom-designed, meaning the insulation work may vary from project to project Training will be provided, including for candidates without previous insulation experience _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ What We Offer Danish employment contract in accordance with national labor laws Attractive hourly wage Bi-weekly salary payments – with the option of DKK 1,000/week prepayment while awaiting tax card Assistance with relocation and accommodation in Denmark 12.5% holiday pay on all worked hours + public holiday compensation (SH) 24/7 support from our coordinator team and emergency hotline Full support with all legal employment documents: tax card, health insurance, CPR number, etc. Assistance with residence and work permits, including biometric appointments (for non-EU citizens) ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Ready to join a company that values you and supports your journey in Denmark?
