Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position relies heavily on interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to recruit best suitable candidates for the vacant role of entrée-level positions. Responsible for the administration of the recruitment procedure. Have in-depth knowledge of labor laws. Coordinate and manage recruitment projects Creatively leverage all potential channels to source top quality applicants Receive and manage job applications Organize interview and other selected recruitment tools Liaise with applicant and ensure a positive experience during selection process Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders Manage recruitment and selection service suppliers; ensure they deliver a consistent quality and cost-efficient service to the business Support TA team where needed to Promote best recruitment practice, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value-added service Consult managers and employees in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures related to Recruitment
