HVAC Supervisor Chilled Water Systems

You will supervise facilities technicians who inspect, test, maintain, and repair campus mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed-air, and related systems. You will schedule work, deliver site-improvement projects, oversee vendors and budgets, enforce safety procedures, maintain trade records, and coach technicians to improve performance. Responsibilities ---------------- * Lead technicians performing inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of campus systems * Direct plumbing, compressed-air, electrical, and HVAC facility technicians * Schedule daily work and prioritize assignments * Develop and execute site-improvement projects * Observe contractor work and enforce safety procedures * Maintain required trade records * Understand and support chilled-water systems, boilers, VFDs, pumps, PLCs, condensers, split systems, air compressors, and dust collectors * Communicate daily activities, projects, morale, and concerns to the manager * Manage vendor and contractor finances and maintain accounts * Coach technicians to improve performance and effectiveness Requirements ------------ * High school diploma or equivalency certificate * 3+ years of facilities management experience
