Job Title: Social Media Savvy Store Attendant Company: Cyberstore Location: Game City, Gaborone Employment Type: Full Time (6 days a week) Closing Date: 26 April 2024 — EXTENDED TO 12TH MAY 2024 Summary We are seeking a dynamic Shop Attendant with a passion for technology and social media to join our Cyberstore team. This exciting role combines traditional retail sales with creative content creation, offering a chance to make a real impact in our online and in-store presence. Core Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm. Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge. Provide accurate recommendations and upsell where appropriate. Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale (POS) system. Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism and patience. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Ensure products are well-stocked, labeled, and priced correctly. Replenish shelves and displays as needed. Assist with inventory management tasks. Social Media Content Creation: Generate creative and engaging live streaming content and videos showcasing our products, promotions, and store atmosphere. Regularly post content on relevant social media platforms. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt content accordingly. Qualifications: Required Must be a Motswana citizen. Aged between 21 and 40 years old. Completed O Levels (Form 5 or above). Tech-savvy with excellent knowledge of ICT products, gadgets, and trends. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. Comfortable being on camera and creating videos. Proficient in social media marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Experience in retail sales. Any background knowledge in ICT, computers, or similar fields.
