What You'll Do Provide leadership for daily clinical operations and patient care excellence. Partner with physicians and leadership to drive strategic and operational initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and clinical teams. Champion quality, safety, compliance, and an exceptional patient experience. Oversee staffing, productivity, workflow optimization, and clinical budgets. Support clinical innovation and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring Active California RN license and BSN required. 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience. Strong operational, team leadership, and communication skills.
