Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist - Nights

Join the Pediatric Pharmacy Division at The Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Clinical Pharmacist IA on our 7-on/7-off overnight team. This position offers a unique opportunity to build clinical confidence and independence while caring for a diverse and highly complex pediatric patient population within a large academic children’s hospital. Overnight pharmacists play an essential role in ensuring safe and effective medication use across pediatric acute and critical care areas. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will develop experience in medication management, therapeutic drug monitoring, emergency response, drug information, and clinical decision-making in an environment that encourages professional growth and increasing autonomy. This full-time night-shift position is eligible for applicable shift differentials and night-shift incentives, providing additional compensation for overnight practice.
