Recruiter (High Volume)

We are looking for a high-energy Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for our Grand Rapids operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and moving candidates through the hiring process while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in keeping hiring pipelines active, filling hiring classes, and building excitement about opportunities at Evolution. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication Drive candidate engagement through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up outreach Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, Operations, and Training teams to meet hiring goals Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records Support sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach
