Experience in operations, budgeting, and staff supervision Proven leadership and decision-making ability. Master’s degree in any related field will be an added advantage. Background or professional exposure in ICT, telecommunications, or digital services industry will be an added advantage. Responsibilities Oversee daily operation business activities. Monitor productivity and service quality. Set business goals and objectives. Develop growth strategies by identifying market opportunities. Conduct performance evaluations and motivate staff. Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated complaints. Conduct any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
