What you'll do: Ensure the efficient deployment of software updates, patches, and third-party applications to endpoints Assist in the deployment and configuration of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Ensure proper configuration and integration of endpoint devices with network infrastructure Create, test, and distribute software packages and updates using tools like MECM and Intune; monitor deployment processes Deploy security patches, address vulnerabilities, and assist in threat remediation Support endpoint management tools, track hardware/software assets, and maintain lifecycle records Conduct routine checks, monitor endpoint performance, and ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate records, create reports, and develop knowledge base articles Work with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint integration, participate in training, and support team objectives What we expect: up to 2 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role, with exposure to endpoint management basic understanding of endpoint management tools (e.g., MECM, Intune) knowledge of operating systems (Windows and macOS) knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) basic understanding of endpoint security concepts (antivirus, firewalls, encryption) understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management understanding of Azure advanced level of English language use in speech and writing strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail constant professional development and acquisition of new technical knowledge strong customer service orientation and ability to assist end-users What will bring you extra points: CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent IT certifications Microsoft Certificates What's in it for you: Competitive salary according to your experience A business phone of your choice InHouse testing center- we are giving you an option of gaining professional certificates Mentor - no matter how much experience you've got, we will provide you with an adequate mentor Regular feedback on your performance and personalized career development plan Possibility to earn different types of bonuses Subvention of Multisport card or PassSport- not only brain workout is important Minimum of 25 vacation days Complete health checks- adjusted for men and women Psychological counseling- we care about your well-being Lunch and transportation compensations Benefits for children of employees Opće informacije o poziciji Objavljeno 15.01.2026.
