Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly professional and client-focused Medical Receptionist to join our premium aesthetic clinic in Al Barsha 2, Dubai. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a polished and well-groomed professional appearance, outstanding communication abilities, and a genuine passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities -------------------- * Welcome and assist patients in a warm, courteous, and professional manner. * Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups. * Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries promptly. * Register new patients and maintain accurate medical records. * Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations. * Process payments and issue invoices. * Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. * Assist with administrative duties and clinic documentation. * Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the clinic's high standards. *Requirements* * Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or salon, dermatology clinic, cosmetic clinic, dental clinic, or healthcare facility is preferred. * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage). * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. * Professional, polished, and well-groomed presentation suitable for a luxury client-facing environment. * Confident, approachable, and able to build rapport with patients. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Comfortable using appointment scheduling systems and Microsoft Office. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. *Benefits* * Competitive salary package. * Employment Visa. * Medical Insurance. * Supportive and professional working environment. * Career growth opportunities within a premium aesthetic clinic.
