Full-Stack Software Developer (Officer)

AUB is looking for a talented and motivated Full-Stack Software Developer (Officer) to join its Digital Banking Innovation & Development Unit. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining digital banking applications, internal systems, and integration platforms. The role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for innovation in FinTech and digital transformation.Develop and maintain enterprise banking applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular 18+, Oracle/PostgreSQL, Git, GitHub, and CI/CD practices. Design, develop, test and maintain applicationsBuild REST APIs and microservicesDevelop Angular frontendsOptimize Oracle/PostgreSQL databasesFollow secure coding and banking standardsCollaborate in Agile teamsDocument solutionsAny other assigned by Line Manager Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development (website, mobile applications) and FinTech Applications.Hands-on experience in system architecture design, API integration, and third-party vendor systems.Java (17+ preferred), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, HibernateAngular 18+, TypeScript, RxJS, Signals, HTML/CSS/SCSSOracle and PostgreSQLGit, GitHubCI/CD conceptsPython (basic to advanced preferred)REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2/JWT, SwaggerUnit testing (JUnit, Mockito), PostmanOOP, SOLID, Design Patterns, Clean CodeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities.Strong documentation and presentation skills.
