UX Validation Lead

You will build and lead an HMI and UX validation practice. You will define validation strategy and quality standards, create automated UI testing infrastructure, integrate validation with CI/CD, lead debugging across UI and system issues, contribute to feature test plans, and mentor test engineers. Responsibilities ---------------- * Define and drive HMI and UX validation strategy * Establish quality standards for display logic, control flows, and user experience * Build automated UI testing infrastructure * Develop test harnesses, simulators, and visual regression frameworks * Integrate validation infrastructure with CI/CD * Lead debugging of complex UI and system issues * Partner on feature test plans * Mentor test engineers Requirements ------------ * 7+ years of software validation experience with UI, UX, display, or HMI testing * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field * Experience defining validation strategy, methodology, and automation infrastructure * Experience with automated UI testing and Appium * Experience with end-to-end test planning from requirements through release sign-off * Knowledge of Linux, QNX, or Android Automotive * Understanding of CAN, Ethernet, and HMI systems
