Customer Service Representative

The purpose of this position is to support customers. This main responsibility covers various duties such as: welcoming clients and visitors and directing them to the correct person/location to ensure a welcoming environment and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Great Customer Service to SLS clients Greets clients and other visitors when they arrive at the laboratory Direct clients to the right location within SLS Helps clients with general information Handles complaints from clients Keep general tidy and presentable Requirements and skills needed: High School diploma At least 3 years experience in a similar position Great Customer Service skills Can work independently Strong skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Maintain a presentable work area Great communication skills Good command of the English language, ability to speak French & Spanish is a plus.
