Senior Recruiter G&A

You will develop and execute recruiting strategies for finance, legal, people, and other G&A roles. You will partner with leaders on hiring needs and talent strategy, automate workflows with AI tools, lead structured interviews, provide an excellent candidate experience, and negotiate and close critical hires. Responsibilities ---------------- * Develop and execute recruiting strategies for finance, legal, people, and other G&A talent * Partner with G&A leaders and stakeholders on hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy * Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to automate recruiting workflows * Lead structured interview processes * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen the external talent brand * Negotiate and close candidates for critical roles Requirements ------------ * 6+ years of recruiting experience * Track record hiring finance, legal, people, or other G&A talent * Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience * Business partnership and stakeholder-influence skills using data and insights * Ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Experience working with technical leaders and closing roles to meet hiring goals Benefits -------- * Equity
