What We’re Looking For We are seeking educators who: Hold a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) Have experience teaching the English National Curriculum Bring passion for inclusive, innovative, and student-centred learning Can engage and inspire pupils from a wide range of cultural backgrounds Are committed to creating a nurturing, high-achieving environment for all learners Are eager to contribute to extracurricular activities and school life (Desirable) Have experience teaching internationally or supporting EAL learners Why Join BIST?
