Description Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements Manage cost control initiatives and improve operational efficiency Coordinate with internal departments to support business planning and performance tracking Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies Support business expansion plans and investment analysis Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA preferred) Minimum 6–8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (FMCG experience preferred) Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Good understanding of Myanmar tax regulations and compliance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proven leadership and team management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in English required Benefits Basic Salary + Transportation Allowance Career Growth Opportunities Join a dynamic FMCG organization with opportunities to progress into senior leadership roles such as Financial Controller or Head of Finance.
