You will partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights, monitor financial performance, and ensure robust financial decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Description Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts Perform variance analysis between actual results and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations Develop financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives Analyze key financial metrics and operational performance to support management decision-making Partner with department heads to understand cost drivers and identify opportunities for improvement Support cost control initiatives, working capital optimization, and efficiency improvements Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial data and reporting Assist with ad hoc financial projects, scenario analysis, and special studies mplement and maintain internal financial controls and policies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CPA, or CFA preferred) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or FP&A roles Experience in manufacturing or international companies preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders Proven leadership and team management experienceProficiency in Excel and financial planning software Proficiency in English required Benefits Basic Salary + Transportation Allowance Career Growth Opportunities Join a leading international manufacturing company with opportunities to advance into senior finance roles such as FP&A Manager, Finance Manager, or Financial Controller.
