Description Managing payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely salary payments for employees Administering employee compensation, benefits, allowances, overtime, and welfare programs Supporting salary reviews, incentive schemes, and compensation benchmarking processes Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures Preparing HR reports, compensation analysis, and employee-related documentation Handling employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, attendance, and compensation matters Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration and compensation & benefits functions Proven experience in compensation and benefits, payroll administration, or HR operations within a manufacturing or similar industry Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Benefits Basic Salary + Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance Career Growth Opportunities With the company’s continued expansion in the manufacturing sector, employees will have strong opportunities for career advancement, professional development, and long-term growth within the organization.
