Up to 8,000,000 MMK The Role Excellent Opportunity a highly experienced and strategic financial leader to drive fiscal growth, optimize capital management, lead the banking financial division and ensuring compliance with financial regulations About the Company Our client is a well-established Bank with a commitment to delivering innovative financial solutions, ensuring robust financial health, and supporting sustainable growth in the local market Description Formulate and execute financial strategies, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans for the bank Oversee the bank’s capital structure, liquidity management, asset-liability management (ALM), and investment strategies Ensure strict compliance with Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) regulations, financial reporting standards (IFRS/MFRS), and tax laws Direct and manage the preparation of accurate financial statements, regulatory reports, and management dashboards Collaborate with the Board of Directors and executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights and risk assessments Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams to achieve high performance and operational efficiency Optimize cost management, review financial risks, and strengthen internal control framework Requirements Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics related field Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA is mandatory At least 8 to 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the Financial Services sector Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and corporate governance Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills Native Burmese with fair proficiency in English Benefits Annual performance bonus plus other benefits Career Growth Opportunities A rewarding opportunity to take on a key leadership role, shape the financial strategy, and contribute to the success of a thriving organization
