Description Leading and managing daily finance and accounting operations across the organization Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes to support strategic objectives Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance to ensure business sustainability Ensuring compliance with local taxation laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance requirements Coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections Providing financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management for business decision-making Leading, mentoring, and developing finance team members to enhance departmental performance Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, LCCI, ACCA qualification preferred.
