Compliance Manager at a Well-established FMCG Company in Yangon, Myanmar Lead compliance programs and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards across business operations Up to 4,000,000 MMK and other allowances The Role Lead and manage the company's compliance function by developing policies, monitoring regulatory requirements, conducting compliance reviews, and promoting a strong culture of ethics and corporate governance across the organization. About the Company Our client is a well-established FMCG company in Myanmar with a strong market presence, offering a diverse portfolio of consumer products through an extensive nationwide distribution network. Description Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with applicable laws and company standards Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure business operations remain fully compliant Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal investigations where necessary Work closely with business units to identify compliance risks and recommend practical solutions Provide compliance training and guidance to employees to strengthen awareness and accountability Prepare compliance reports for senior management and support regulatory inspections and audits Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance Promote continuous improvement of compliance processes and internal controls Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; professional compliance or legal certification is an advantage Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or corporate governance, preferably within the FMCG industry Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Proficient in English and Burmese, with strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits Yearly Bonus Career Growth Opportunities An opportunity to work with a reputable FMCG company that values integrity, regulatory excellence, and continuous professional development while providing long-term career growth opportunities.
