The company is committed to operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable manufacturing while investing in people development and continuous improvement Description Lead daily production operations to achieve manufacturing targets Improve productivity, yield, and operational efficiency Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and quality teams Develop production staff and supervisors Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields 8–10 years of manufacturing experience within FMCG or food manufacturing 3–5 years in a production management or supervisory position Strong production planning and leadership skills Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is preferred Benefits Other allowances Career Growth Opportunities Career progression opportunities
