Forward Deployed Engineer

You will work directly with customer engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, design practical AI-powered workflows, and deliver them from discovery through launch and post-production support. You will build reliable solutions, monitor production quality, communicate tradeoffs, and turn successful implementations into reusable patterns. Responsibilities ---------------- * Lead discovery with customer engineers and define success metrics * Design and build Cursor-powered workflows * Ship initial workflow versions and harden them through rollout, monitoring, and iteration * Own production quality, including tracing, evaluation, metrics, debugging, and failure-mode management * Communicate technical tradeoffs and results to engineering leaders * Turn delivered solutions into reusable patterns and product improvements Requirements ------------ * Build and own production AI-native workflows * Lead discovery conversations and own customer outcomes * Work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and prompt iteration * Handle production reliability, monitoring, rollouts, and incident response * Use Python * Use TypeScript * Use JavaScript
