Description Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Manage distributors and retail partners, ensuring effective sales execution and strong relationships Drive sales performance by monitoring targets, market coverage, and team activities Coordinate promotions and product launches with the marketing team Analyse sales data and market trends to improve strategies and business performance Requirements At least 5 years of experience in FMCG industry Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged Intermediate English is preferrable Must have strong sales strategy, negotiation, and distributor management skills to drive retail and channel performance effectively.
