Marketing Manager, India

Overview Roblox is hiring a Marketing Manager, India to lead regional GTM and outbound marketing across India. The role is based in Gurugram on a hybrid schedule and focuses on social, influencer, partner, event, and policy-aware marketing. Responsibilities - Design a scalable regional marketing framework for Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 markets - Lead product launches across the region and prioritize markets based on data and product-market fit - Build community and influencer growth through localized social channels and partnerships - Work with legal and policy teams to ensure brand safety and compliance across varied regulatory environments - Identify and secure presence at key regional conferences and trade shows Requirements - 8+ years of marketing experience with a pan-regional focus across India - Experience managing marketing efforts across diverse environments and market nuances - 5+ years in consumer tech - Understanding of Indian consumer behavior, including mobile-first behaviors and local trust barriers - Ability to advocate for regional needs at a US-based HQ - Resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable operating with limited day-to-day oversight Benefits - Full-time hybrid position based in Gurugram, India - Shift: 9am-5pm IST - Cabs will be provided Source https://careers.roblox.com/jobs/7921673?gh_jid=7921673
