Global Mobility Lead

Overview Roblox is hiring a Global Mobility Lead in San Mateo to manage complex immigration and relocation programs across multiple countries. The role focuses on compliance, vendor coordination, policy interpretation, reporting, and employee support. Responsibilities This role manages global work permit, visa, and residency cases from end to end, working with external counsel and internal partners to keep processes compliant and efficient. - Manage the full lifecycle of immigration and residency applications - Conduct assessments, determine eligibility, and identify risks - Maintain compliance records and audit trails - Monitor regulatory changes and advise on impact - Manage vendors including immigration firms, relocation companies, and tax consultants - Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and Payroll - Maintain data in HRIS and global mobility systems - Generate reports and analyze mobility trends - Help update policies and procedures - Use AI/automation to improve program efficiency Requirements Candidates should have substantial global mobility experience and strong knowledge of immigration processes, relocation logistics, and related HR systems. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field - 7-10 years of progressive global mobility experience - Experience with complex corporate immigration programs across multiple countries - Knowledge of global immigration laws and visa types - Understanding of compensation methodology, tax equalization/protection, and relocation logistics - Experience with Workday, GreenHouse, or Jira preferred - Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills - GMS and/or CRP certifications preferred Benefits Roblox lists an annual salary range and notes that full-time employees are eligible for equity compensation and benefits. - Annual salary range: $205,960-$240,600 USD - Equity compensation available - Benefits available to full-time employees Other Relevant Heading This is an onsite office role in San Mateo with a hybrid schedule.
