Product Partner Manager

Overview Figma is hiring a Product Partner Manager to lead partnership strategy and integrations across products including Weave, CMS, Slides, and FigJam. The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, partner relationships, and go-to-market execution. Responsibilities Own partnership strategy, develop relationships with partners, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to bring partnerships and integrations to life. - Develop and own partnership strategy for key Figma products - Work with product, research, marketing, and leadership to identify opportunities and align on investments - Source, evaluate, and build relationships with new partners - Negotiate contracts and manage partner relationships - Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical teams on integrations or extensibility features - Define, track, and report partnership success metrics - Lead go-to-market motions for new integrations or partnerships - Prepare executive briefings, internal updates, and external partner meetings Requirements Candidates should have experience in business development, ecosystem partnerships, or strategic partner management, along with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - 5+ years of experience in business development, ecosystem partnerships, or strategic partner management - Experience leading end-to-end deals, including terms alignment and negotiation - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills - Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills - Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, research, operations, legal, and other partners Benefits Figma offers equity and a competitive benefits package, including health, dental and vision coverage, retirement contributions, parental leave, wellness support, PTO, recharge days, learning and development support, work-from-home support, and cell phone reimbursement. - Annual base salary range: $140,000 — $296,000 USD - Equity and benefits package offered - Includes health, dental & vision, retirement contribution, parental leave, PTO, and wellness benefits Source https://boards.greenhouse.io/figma/jobs/5822583004?gh_jid=5822583004
