Onboarding Manager, Customer Experience (Tokyo, Japan)

Overview Figma is hiring an Onboarding Manager in Tokyo to lead onboarding for its largest customers. The role is customer-facing, cross-functional, and requires fluency in Japanese and English. Responsibilities - Own and manage the onboarding process for Figma’s largest customers from pre-sales through onboarding closeout - Partner with Account Executives to ensure a smooth customer handoff - Understand customer goals and manage onboarding timelines toward value - Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Designer Advocates, and Product Support to deliver a seamless onboarding experience - Report on metrics and customer feedback to assess onboarding impact and identify new initiatives and product opportunities - Develop content and enablement resources to help customers with training, education, and product adoption - Act as a trusted advisor by consulting on product and industry best practices Requirements - 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in a customer-facing role working with technical products - Track record of managing multiple customer projects concurrently with strong organizational and project management skills - Fluency in Japanese and English, written and verbal - Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers across different roles and seniority levels - Ability to navigate complex business and technical environments with a consultative approach Other Relevant Heading It is a plus to have experience using Figma or other UX/UI experience.
