Accounts Receivable Manager

Overview Stripe is hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager in Bengaluru to lead global billing and collections operations. The role focuses on process improvement, team leadership, cash flow optimization, and cross-functional partnership. Responsibilities - Build, develop, and lead a team supporting global billing and collections deliverables - Support accurate invoicing, outstanding receivables management, and cash flow optimization - Resolve complex billing disputes and work with sales, customer success, and finance teams - Build scalable processes and improve input processes for scale and productivity - Develop and maintain policies, procedures, controls, metrics, and reporting - Lead cross-functional projects that improve performance, visibility, and automation - Identify gaps in systems, policies, and strategies and recommend improvements Requirements - 15+ years of experience, including 3+ years managing operational teams in high-volume, complex workflows - Experience leading finance operations and setting goals and financial plans - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with fluency in US GAAP - Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and large data sets - Experience partnering cross-functionally and delivering weekly and monthly metrics and reporting - Preferred: experience with AR and SOX controls, new process launch, and high-growth technology environments Source https://stripe.com/jobs/search?gh_jid=7118945
