Partner Solutions Architect (EMEA)

Overview Datadog is hiring a Partner Solution Architect (EMEA) to support partner technical initiatives across Channels & Alliances. The role focuses on partner enablement, technical advisory work, and collaboration with internal teams on adoption and product feedback. Responsibilities - Ensure onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources - Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with Datadog and partner technical teams - Support partner demos, proofs of value, enablement workshops, and coaching on best practices - Advocate for partner technical concerns and help resolve use cases, feature requests, and support issues - Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to improve adoption of Datadog features and capabilities - Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to prioritize new features and capabilities - Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success Requirements - Hands-on experience in IT development and/or operations - Strong learning mindset and solid business acumen - Confident presentation skills - Must be a current EU resident - Desired experience in two or more areas: observability, public cloud, containerization, scripting, configuration management, or CI/CD - Bonus: experience supporting channel partners, using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools, and troubleshooting/root-cause analysis Benefits - Generous and competitive global and US benefits - New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan - Continuous career development and pathing opportunities - Product training and best-in-breed onboarding - Internal mentor and buddy program - Friendly and inclusive workplace culture Source https://careers.datadoghq.com/detail/7722122?gh_jid=7722122
